  • Back Squat 1by4@75%, 1 by4@80%, 1by4@80%, 1by4@80%
  • Front Squat 1by5@60%, 1by5@65%, 1by5@70%, 1by5@75%

Coaches take a few mins to instruct the clients on the technique of squat cleans or its modification.

WOD “Compliments of Coach Joe”

For time:

  • 15-12-9-6-3 Lateral Burpees over the Bar
  • 5-4-3-2-1 Squat Cleans (225/125)

This workout is meant to be less then 10 mins long. Find a weight that is a struggle but that you know you can move through it.


*I joined Crossfit Lighthouse a little over two years ago and it was one of the best healthcare decisions that I have ever made.
