Phoenix Firefighter Brad Harper, 23, of Peoria, Arizona, died while on the scene of a two-alarm fire on May 19, 2013. Harper loved being a firefighter and had worked with the Phoenix Fire Department, where he was assigned to Rescue 21, for two years. He is survived by his wife, Lena; three younger brothers, Ryan, Daniel and Jacob; and parents, Bob and Cyndy.

* Each partner must do all required reps
* 1 Barbell per team (You may alternate reps but each must do 15 reps)
* Partners MAY WORK AT THE SAME TIME during C2B, Squats and Running
* Both partners need to indivudllay carry a weight during the Run
* Both partners must complete the required reps of that movement before moving onto the next movement

*Well, maybe its an addiction. Almost four months ago, July 1st to be exact, I decided to get my health back in order and get myself into better shape. I joined an intense (extreme?) workout regiment called CrossFit. For those that have spoken/seen me in that last few months, they know I cannot shut up about it. Well, one of the guys in my "Box" wrote an interesting piece on his website regarding his first 3 months as a CrossFit member. November 1st will be my 120th day as a CrossFit member. To date, I am just shy of losing 30lbs. The weight loss, however, doesn't tell the whole story. The amount of lean muscle mass put on has been equally impressive. I hope to hit my goal by next week.
