It’s very important you try and make it to the class due the the fact that we will be utilizing percentages off of the following lifts in your program the next few weeks.

If you are able to arrive a little earlier before class begins please do so to properly warm up and have the ENTIRE HOUR available for you to establish your rep maxes

Reps with poor form and quality will not count as your Rep Maxes. Its is CRUCIAL that all your lifts are completed virtuously. This will be the only way to get stronger and stay injury free.

*When I first started Crossfit Lighthouse I was at my heaviest weight of 210lbs. I realized how unhappy I was with myself and decided to make a change.
