What to expect from your CrossFit workouts at CrossFit Lighthouse gym in North Bellmore NY

The founders of CrossFit Lighthouse gym wanted to create an environment where people from all walks of life and all levels of fitness would have equal access to CrossFit Workouts. That meant designing CrossFit workouts that would be fun, challenging and extremely effective for everyone from the first-time gym member to the lifetime athlete. In these workouts, you will use a variety of equipment, including:  Barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, tires, ropes, sleds, bumper plates and steal plates.

You can also expect to engage in body weight movements, running, rowing and more!


*I joined Crossfit Lighthouse a little over two years ago and it was one of the best healthcare decisions that I have ever made. Before Crossfit I had always belonged to a gym but the workouts had become boring and I had lost most of my motivation to workout. I found myself overweight, tired and not anywhere near as strong as I would have liked. All of that changed after several months at Crossfit.
