Warmup:

  • 5 Pull Ups
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 15 Air Squats

Strength:

Back Squats 3×5 @ 70% + 15lbs after 3rd set drop 50% of weight and do max reps Front Squats)
Max Reps dips (on the matador)(If over 15 reps add weight)

1o Burpee muscle up

20 Burpee box jumps

30 Burpee pull ups

40 Burpee broad jumps

50 Burpees

30 min time cap
