Happy Mothers Day

CrossFit Lighthouse 4 week Nutrition Challenge, STARTS Tuesday 5/17/16 @ 7 PM: Weigh ins, measurements, food choices and portions. Bootcamp Classes on Tuesday and Thursday at 7 am!! 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place Prizes. Cost is $150.

Warmup: Coaches Choice

Skill: Work on Handstand Walking or any skill you need work on. (Those of you who didn’t get a PR on any of the lifts this week, now is the time to do it.)

Next week will be a de-load week, so we will be working on skill and technique.


4 rounds for time of:

  • 20 Squat Cleans (95/65)
  • 20 Pull Ups
  • 250 m row


*I joined Crossfit Lighthouse a little over two years ago and it was one of the best healthcare decisions that I have ever made. Before Crossfit I had always belonged to a gym but the workouts had become boring and I had lost most of my motivation to workout.
