Strength: Front Squat

4 sets 3 reps @ 70% after 3rd rep do another rep with 1 sec pause in the hole and bounce out quickly.

BBW: Take about 10 to 15 mins

4 sets: High hang clean + hang clean + jerk 2 minutes rest between sets

WOD

3 rounds for time:

  • 500m row
  • 10 toes to bar
  • 5 clean and jerks (185/130)
  • 10 burpees over bar
  • 10 Chest to bar pull ups
