Paleo Burgers With Sweet Potato Fries

• Mix 12 -16 oz. lean ground beef (for 2 burgers, depending on how big

you prefer your burger), 1⁄4 minced medium red onion, 1Tbsp. Dijon mustard, 1 tsp. garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Make sure to not overwork the meat. Divide meat mixture into 2 equal portions and form into patties.

• Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Once grill is hot, place burgers on grill. Cook for about 6 minutes. Flip burger and cook
for 2-3 minutes, more or less, depending on cooking preference. Remove from heat and let rest for 5-7 minutes.

• Assemble burgers with romaine lettuce, 2 slices of avocado per burger (about 1⁄4 of one avocado). You can use the romaine to wrap burger, if preferred.

• Serve with side of meal prep Sweet Potato Fries.
