Warm up: 2 rounds

  • 10 Air Squats
  • 10 Bounding Box Jumps
  • 10 Pull Ups
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 10 Supermans
  • 10 Sit ups

Strength: Take about 15 to 20 mins to work up to 3rm Deadlift


For time

  • 1000 Meter
  • 30 Pull Ups
  • 25 OHS (115/85)
  • 30 Pull Ups


*I joined Crossfit Lighthouse a little over two years ago and it was one of the best healthcare decisions that I have ever made.
