Upcoming Events:  

  • Thursday will be the last day of classes at LH1.
  • The new weekday hours for LH2 will be 5:45am, 8:15am, 9:30am, 3:00pm, 5:00pm, 6:00pm, 7:00pm and 8:00pm.
  • The new weekend hours for LH2 will be 7:30am, 8:45am and 10:00am.
  • Sunday there will be no classes at LH2 and all classes will be held at LH1 7:30, 8:30 and 9:30.
  • Sunday there will have our Farewell BBQ at LH1 starting at 1PM

  • 5 Power Cleans (135/95)(185/130Rx+)
  • 10 Pull Ups(Rx) or 10 C2B Pull Ups Rx+
  • 100 meter run


*I joined Crossfit Lighthouse a little over two years ago and it was one of the best healthcare decisions that I have ever made. Before Crossfit I had always belonged to a gym but the workouts had become boring and I had lost most of my motivation to workout.
